Tori Amos has touched
many of her fans through honest thoughts that pervade the mind that wouldnt
fail to challenge the most ignorant of listners. Some call this a criticism
and other praise. I think Im stuck somewhere in the middle of two. In love
with the music but frightened by the honesty. Her new album, From the
choirgirl hotel, combines Tori's lessons learned by time but allows
newer listners to approach her music.
My personal opinion of the new Album , falls in
line with the Tori's own description. The album "you can swing your hips
to."From the haunting opening of Spark
to Pandora's Aquarium of similar mood. Many would call this
reminiscent of Little Earthquakes with
the start being Crucify and the conclusion Little Earthquakes.
Yet I have to say I was decieved into sterotyping
because as soon as the album continued Toris lessons in industrial music
from Boys For Peele came clear
